The exhibition inaugurating the renovated Deposito of the Municipal Museums.

The new Deposito of the Municipal Museums at the Meet garden of the Ethnographic Museum is now also an exhibition space. For the months of March and April, it hosts the exhibition Beautiful Wood Material, a title inspired by the words of Nino Pedretti. The exhibition is dedicated to the craftsmanship of the carpenter, with Saint Joseph being its patron.
The exhibition can be visited on the second Sunday of each month, coinciding with the opening of the Deposito, and during upcoming events.
The Deposito of the Municipal Museums is now accessible thanks to the “MET. Collections and Traditions for All” project, funded by the PNRR and aimed at removing physical and cognitive barriers.
“MET: Collections and traditions for all” is a project to remove physical, cognitive and sensory barriers of public museums and cultural sites not belonging to the Ministry of Culture, funded under the PNRR, NextGenerationEU – Mission 1: Digitisation, innovation, culture and tourism – Component 3: Tourism and Culture 4.0 (M1C3) – Measure 1: Cultural heritage for the next generation – Investment 1.2: Removal of physical and cognitive barriers in museums, libraries and archives.
